CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:

1. Minimum sum of goods order for delivery to the countries of the European Union is 1000 UAH.
2. You can make an order on the site using the "basket", by e-mail or by phone.
3. The order is sent after full prepayment of the cost of the order and delivery. It is not possible to send parcels by cash on delivery to another country.
4. You can pay by international transfer Western Union. The commission is paid by the buyer.
5. Orders not paid within 3 working days are canceled.
6. Orders, issued for delivery to the countries of the European Union, are sent by "Ukrposhta" according to the current tariffs. The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel. A package of up to 2 kg is considered as a small package and accordingly is charged not as a parcel. International shipping rates can be found here.
7. Maximum parcel weight for international shipments is 10 kg.
8. Veterinary drugs are not forwarded in the above mentioned countries.
